Our commitment to you

Dear guests, 

we have always cared about the quality of our cleaning service; we have always used professional alcohol-based and chlorine-based cleaning products, we've always relied on professional staff with a long-lasting experience and we've always made meticulous controls to offer our guests the highest standard.  We have also introduced specific treatments to sanitize the spaces which are able to eliminate viruses and bacteria and make the air healthier.

There is a need for reassurance and we're going to do our best to protect the safety and the sanitation of our accommodations and equipment between one guest and another.

With this aim, we are glad to share with you some important rules to protect mutual health. 

  • The room/apartment keys have been disinfected before delivery. Please leave them on the table when you check out.

  • Your room / apartment has been cleaned and disinfected by professional staff, using professional certified alcohol-based products and any cleaning during your stay will be done in compliance with current regulations. If you prefer that our staff do not enter your room / apartment during your stay, please inform us upon arrival. 

  • The towels/linen have been washed and sanitized with high temperature disinfection treatments.

  • The reception is aired and disinfected periodically throughout the day and our staff use all the necessary devices to ensure mutual safety

  • The check-in procedure will be completed in the shortest time. Besides, upon departure, you’ll do a self check out, leaving the room/apartment within 10 am. 

  • We wrapped with care and safety a welcome kit (which contains oil, salt, sugar, instant coffee, etc.). You can buy it upon check in for 5E each.

Check in/out

Upon check in guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card which can be charged in case of damages or penalties. A surcharge of 12E/hour applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. The latest check-in hour, even if paying a surcharge, is 01:00.

Cancellation

Cancellation and payment policies vary according to apartment type. Please enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of your required room.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5 per night for children's cots/cribs. All further older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night for extra beds. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Pets

Pets are allowed and guests are required to inform us about their presence upon reservation. An extra cleaning charge of 15/30€ will be applicable. Please note that pets are not allowed in "Delle Erbe - suite with view" and "Delle Erbe - superior suite".

Rules and penalties

At the check out, guests are kindly required to leave the keys of the room or apartment on the table inside the building. In case of lost of the keys Truly Verona will charge a penalty of 30€. Penalty for unauthorized late check out 40 €. We kindly ask the guests to leave the apartment with clean dishes and garbage throwed away in specific bins as these services are not included in final cleaning. Otherwise, it will be charge an extra for the cleaning of 50€. In the price of the apartament are included the costs of cleaning at the check-in/check-out.
